They missed my drink and peri chips. Chicken was overcooked in burger- rock solid. Weird brown stuff evident on the donner meat also. Food came late and cold- not recommended to others.

Ordered at 5:30, food was to arrive approximately at 18:10. phoned shop as order had not been confirmed an hour later. after another phone call to the shop at 19:30 i was informed the food had just been made and was being sent with priority delivery. food arrived at 20:00 with order incomplete. phoned the shop and told the rest of the order was being sent with priority delivery and it never arrived. phoned the shop twice for a refund and after firstly being directed to the website which didn’t work, then told that the manager would try resolve that evening and still haven’t heard anything. Pizza was mediocre and over all service was terrible. Polite on phone calls though.

We love iggys but delivery times are always pretty shocking. We constantly get diet juice when we order normal as well. Food however is always great, only reason we go back.

Food wasn’t ready for collection time and not even started. Was told it would be 10 minutes which it was to be fair. Pizza was fine but the rest was stone cold, surprising as had to wait on it! Food looked nothing like the pictures on website. Missing salad and chilli sauce which was in order. Very poor unfortunately

Ordered a Hot Monster Burger which is supposed to have two 2oz Pattys but only got ONE.

First time ordering my only little gripe is I am sure I ordered the mixed kebab and only got chicken : other than that it is really nice and will order again

Took over 2.5 hours for delivery... Chips were cold and soggy so had to air fry them... Pizzas were good though!

Was 2 and a half hours late!!!! My 1st time ordering from here and it will be my last too.. bitterly disappointed!!!!

Took nearly 2 hours to arrive, food not up to much, no communication had to call several times and then delivered no juice, driver had to come back with juice

Was supposed to deliver at 8.50pm didn’t get it til 7.15pm. Food was ok but have had much better take aways and didn’t rate it much.

First the order late one hour and half. Second after contact with the restaurant and asked them about my order she told me we'll to send you now the order arrived after 30 minutes. Third the food was badly and cold 😔
